Society of Wealth is built to be ambitious, supportive, honest, and human. These Community Standards apply to members, participants, facilitators, speakers, volunteers, guests, online spaces, private messages arising from community access, and S.O.W. events.
The S.O.W. Code: Stewardship in how we use resources and relationships. Ownership of our choices and impact. Wisdom in how we apply what we learn.
1. Lead With Respect
Treat people with dignity. Disagreement is allowed; demeaning, humiliating, threatening, or dehumanizing conduct is not. Listen before responding, criticize ideas rather than people, and remain curious about experiences different from your own.
2. No Harassment or Discrimination
Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, stalking, threats, bullying, retaliation, sexual misconduct, unwanted sexual attention, and targeted intimidation are prohibited. This applies to conduct based on protected characteristics and to other conduct that creates an unsafe or hostile environment.
3. Honor Consent and Personal Boundaries
Do not pressure anyone to disclose trauma, finances, health information, family matters, beliefs, or other sensitive experiences. Do not pressure participation in an exercise, purchase, investment, business opportunity, spiritual practice, physical activity, photograph, or recording. “No,” “not now,” and “I prefer not to share” are complete answers.
4. No Manipulation, Coercion, or Dependency
Facilitators, leaders, and members may not use authority, praise, shame, fear, isolation, romantic attention, financial pressure, promises of exclusive access, or spiritual claims to control another person. S.O.W. rejects practices designed to create unhealthy dependency on a leader, facilitator, program, or group.
5. Protect Confidentiality
What is shared in a private S.O.W. setting should not become gossip, content, a sales lead, or a public post. Obtain permission before sharing another person’s story, image, recording, contact information, or business details. Do not screenshot or record private spaces without permission.
6. Be Honest
Do not misrepresent your identity, credentials, results, business, products, services, income, testimonials, relationships, or authority. Correct material mistakes. Disclose conflicts of interest and paid relationships when relevant.
7. No Financial Exploitation
Do not use community access to seek custody of member funds, pressure investments, promise returns, run deceptive fundraising, sell unlicensed financial products, or exploit financial vulnerability. Education and networking do not replace independent due diligence or professional advice.
8. Promote With Permission
Share your work in spaces intended for it. Do not spam, scrape directories, add members to lists without consent, repeatedly pitch after a decline, or treat every conversation as a funnel. Relationship first; permission always.
9. Keep the Space Safe
Follow facilitator, venue, platform, health, travel, and safety instructions. Do not bring weapons, illegal drugs, dangerous materials, or disruptive conduct into S.O.W. spaces. Report credible threats or urgent safety concerns promptly to event staff or appropriate authorities.
10. Participate Responsibly
Take ownership of attendance, preparation, choices, and follow-through. Do not present personal opinion as S.O.W. policy. Do not disrupt sessions, dominate discussions, or repeatedly derail the experience for others.
11. Respect Intellectual Property
Do not share restricted course links, copy materials, repost recordings, or reproduce S.O.W. curriculum without permission. Credit other members’ ideas and do not use confidential discussions to create content or products without consent.
12. Reporting Concerns
Report concerns through the Contact page using the subject “Community Concern.” Include enough detail for a fair review, but avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Anonymous information may be considered, though it can limit our ability to investigate.
13. Review and Enforcement
S.O.W. may review reports, speak with involved people, preserve relevant records, consult advisers, and take proportionate action. Responses may include coaching, a warning, content removal, changed access, safety planning, suspension, removal, referral to a platform or venue, or contact with authorities where appropriate.
Retaliation against a person who raises a good-faith concern or participates in a review is prohibited. Knowingly false or malicious reports are also prohibited.
14. A Standard Worth Growing Into
These Standards are not about perfection. They are about accountability, repair, learning, and protecting the conditions in which people can grow. Members are expected to respond constructively when impact is identified and to make changes when needed.
