Society of Wealth Organization Inc. respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same. This Policy explains permitted use of S.O.W. materials and how to report alleged copyright infringement.
1. S.O.W. Materials
The Society of Wealth name, S.O.W. marks, crest, logos, curriculum, frameworks, slide decks, facilitator guides, worksheets, videos, audio, graphics, text, exercises, and website design are owned by or licensed to S.O.W. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
2. Personal-Use License
Unless a separate license states otherwise, registered participants receive a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to access materials for their own learning and participation. This license does not transfer ownership.
3. Prohibited Uses
Without written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, translate, adapt, remove notices from, upload to another platform, use to train an artificial-intelligence model, or create a competing course or derivative product from S.O.W. materials. You may not share restricted links, login credentials, recordings, or member-only downloads.
4. Requests for Permission
Permission requests may be submitted through the Contact page using the subject “Content Permission.” Identify the material, proposed use, audience, format, distribution, and whether the use is commercial.
5. Copyright Infringement Notice
A copyright owner or authorized agent who believes content available through the Services infringes a copyright may submit a written notice through the Contact page using the subject “DMCA Copyright Notice.” The notice should include:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
- identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if multiple works are involved;
- identification and location of the allegedly infringing material sufficient for us to find it;
- contact information for the complaining party;
- a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and the complaining party is authorized to act.
Misrepresentations in a notice may create liability. Consider fair use, license, and other defenses before submitting.
6. Counter-Notice
If content was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe the action was mistaken or based on misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the removed material and its prior location;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, and telephone number; and
- your consent to the jurisdiction and service-of-process statements required by applicable copyright law.
7. Response and Repeat Infringers
We may remove or disable access to content, notify the user, forward notices and counter-notices, restore content when legally appropriate, and terminate repeat infringers. S.O.W. may also act on other intellectual-property concerns that do not qualify for the DMCA process.
8. Trademarks
Use of S.O.W. names, logos, badges, course titles, or other brand assets requires written permission and must follow brand guidelines. Membership does not authorize a person to imply sponsorship, certification, agency, or endorsement.
9. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the limited license needed for S.O.W. to host and provide the Services. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
10. Contact
Submit copyright and permission questions through the Contact page.
