This Membership Agreement supplements the Terms of Service and applies when you join or participate in a Society of Wealth social-club membership, private community, chapter, cohort, mastermind, or other member program.
1. The Membership Experience
S.O.W. is a social club, educational community, and personal-development ecosystem. Membership may include community access, orientations, courses, discussions, accountability experiences, resources, events, member communications, and opportunities to connect. Features vary by tier, location, schedule, platform, and availability.
2. Admission and Membership Status
Membership is subject to eligibility, capacity, payment when required, and acceptance by S.O.W. We may use an application, orientation, conversation, code-of-conduct acknowledgment, or other onboarding step. Membership is personal and may not be transferred or shared.
3. Member Commitment
Members agree to practice Stewardship, Ownership, and Wisdom; participate honestly; respect confidentiality and boundaries; contribute constructively; and take responsibility for their own choices and results. Growth is encouraged, but disclosure is never forced.
4. Participation Is Voluntary
Members choose their level of participation, subject to requirements of a specific cohort or credential. You may decline an experiential activity, request an accommodation, or step away. You are responsible for deciding what is appropriate for your health, finances, schedule, family, and personal circumstances.
5. Community Conduct
Members must follow the Community Standards. Prohibited behavior includes harassment, discrimination, threats, retaliation, sexual misconduct, bullying, manipulation, coercion, exploitation, misuse of confidential information, fraud, spam, unauthorized recording, and disruptive or unsafe conduct.
6. Confidentiality
Do not repeat another member’s personal story, financial information, family information, business information, health information, image, or contact details without permission. Confidentiality does not prevent reporting unlawful conduct, abuse, harassment, safety concerns, or threats.
7. Networking and Business Activity
Membership may create valuable relationships, but access is not a license to aggressively sell, recruit, scrape, or spam. Obtain consent before adding members to a marketing list or initiating repeated promotional contact. Designated business-sharing spaces may have additional rules.
S.O.W. does not vet, guarantee, or endorse every member, professional, vendor, investment, or business opportunity. Members are responsible for independent due diligence and professional advice.
8. Dues, Renewals, and Cancellation
Any dues, billing interval, included benefits, renewal terms, and cancellation method are disclosed at enrollment. Recurring memberships continue until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the applicable billing terms but ordinarily does not retroactively refund a completed billing period.
9. Events and Additional Fees
Some events, retreats, travel, meals, merchandise, certifications, or premium experiences may require separate registration and fees. Membership does not guarantee admission or include every offering unless expressly stated.
10. Intellectual Property and Member Resources
S.O.W. materials are licensed for your personal member use. Do not redistribute, sell, publish, upload, or create competing courses from restricted resources. Member-created content remains owned by the member, subject to the limited operational license described in the Terms of Service.
11. Leadership and Volunteer Roles
A chapter, host, facilitator, ambassador, committee, or volunteer role does not create employment, authority to bind S.O.W., or ownership rights unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Role holders must follow training, branding, safety, confidentiality, and reporting requirements.
12. Suspension, Removal, and Appeals
S.O.W. may warn, limit, suspend, or remove a member for nonpayment, material rule violations, unsafe conduct, repeated disruption, confidentiality breaches, misuse of the brand, or conduct that creates significant legal or reputational risk. Immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect people or systems.
Where appropriate, a member may submit a concise written response or appeal through the Contact page. The final decision rests with S.O.W., subject to applicable law.
13. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Membership provides access to opportunities and resources, not guaranteed financial, business, health, relationship, leadership, or personal-development results. Outcomes depend on many factors beyond S.O.W.’s control, including participation, decisions, skill, resources, timing, and market conditions.
14. Relationship to Other Terms
The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Community Standards, and event-specific terms also apply. If a specific written membership offer conflicts with this Agreement, the specific offer controls for the stated membership feature or fee.
15. Contact
Membership questions may be submitted through the Contact page using the subject “Membership.”
